The manager of the restaurant Frédéric Fass and his 16 co-workers
bring multiple attentions for the pleasure and the comfort of it's hosts.

The Wine cellar
I elaborated with passion, without concession, with regard to Philippe GAUVREAU's cooking.
It is the fruit of a meticulous work through the big soils of yesterday and the new current wine growers of today.
Of the year of the century to the year so-called average, every flask has to leave you a memory.
The team of the wine stewards of La Rotonde will please to make you discover the most beautiful harmonies between the dishes and the wines.
We shall transform any occasion at table into an unforgettable event.
