In 2015, he was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide, a reward that highlights his undeniable know-how and love for gastronomy.
Originally from Brittany, Jean-François Malle has presided over famous chefs from major establishments such as Les Prés d'Eugénie*** with Michel Guérard, Le Bretagne** with Georges Paineau and the Villa Florentine** with Nicolas Le Bec.
